Refund policy
No Returns - Refunds or Exchanges:
At The Find Preloved Boutique, the products for sale are owned by the individual rack owners. When a customer purchases an item, the sale is directly attributed to the rack owner’s account. As such, we are unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless mandated by Australian Consumer Law.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the selected item meets their expectations before proceeding with the purchase. All sales are considered final upon completion of the transaction.
Before you buy:
- We strongly recommend that you take the time to carefully review the item descriptions and images before completing your purchase. If you need any further information about a particular item, please don’t hesitate to contact us before proceeding with your purchase.
- Our inventory consists of preloved pieces. Due to this, items may exhibit natural signs of wear and minor imperfections. We make every effort to provide an accurate description, including details of any wear or flaws, and our prices reflect this. However, if you receive an item that is significantly different from the description or has a major flaw that was not disclosed, please get in touch with us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we’ll work with you to find a resolution.
- As sizing can vary considerably between designers, we suggest doing your own research before making a purchase. We recommend referring to the brand’s size guide or conversion chart, and if possible, visiting the brand’s store in person. We’re happy to assist with measurements when available, but the final decision on sizing rests with the buyer.
Rack Bookings:
All rack bookings are final and cannot be refunded. If possible, we’ll make every effort to accommodate requests for changes to the rack start date, provided they are made in advance. However, this is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
