You’ll receive 70% of the sale price for every item sold.
To help you sell through and earn we recommend:
2-week bookings: items are reduced by 25% or 50% in the final 3 days.
4-week bookings: items are reduced by 25% or 50% in the final week.
As pieces sell from your rack, we recommend providing an extra 5 garments for a half rack or 10 garments for a full rack so we can keep it looking full and fresh. Our team will keep an eye on your rack and top it up from your reserves when needed. If your reserve stock starts running low, we’ll reach out and let you know so you can bring in more garments or accessories if you wish.

The Process

1. Reserve Rack, Create Zellr Account & Pay
Reserve a rack here. Select Half or Full rack, 2 or 4 weeks. Don't have a Zellr account? 'Using existing credentials?' select NO to create an account. Your username & password will be emailed to you. Then pay securely online via Stripe.

2. Curate Your Collection
Select your designer garments and accessories, ensuring each piece is clean, stain-free and in excellent condition. Pieces that fit with the upcoming or current season sell best.

3. List Your Items
List your items in the Zellr Seller Portal with clear descriptions and pricing. A Product Description & Pricing Guide will be provided to assist you with this.

4. Drop Off Your Pieces
Bring your items to our store at least 3 days before your start date*. We’ll handle the rest: printing and attaching tags, steaming if needed, and hanging each item with care.

5. Track Your Earnings
Monitor sales and earnings in real time through the Zellr Seller’s Portal which you can also access on the go using the App.

6. Collect items + Receive Payment
At the end of your reservation, pick up any unsold items the next day (Sunday) between 4-5pm or Monday 4-5pm. Receive payment for sold items within 14 days.
*Drop off must occur during open hours 10am - 4pm, the Thursday, Friday or Saturday before your rack start date (the Tuesday). ^Rack reservations end on a Saturday. You must collect your unsold items from The Find premises:
Between 4-5pm Sunday (day after rack end) or 4-5pm Monday (two days after rack end). If you do not collect your items within 3 days of the end of your rack rental, a $20 per day storage fee will apply. If not collected within 7 days of rack rental end date, items will become the property of The Find Preloved Boutique and will be disposed of at our discretion.
